Location
When I requested for an ironing board to be sent to my room, I was asked by the lady in the reception to come down and collect it myself apparently because she did not have any staff around in the entire hotel. This is not expected of any decent three-star hotel anywhere in the world.

This place was a gem, especially enjoying the cozy room with a fridge stocked with goodies and the lovely chocolates waiting for us upon arrival. For some chill time, the nice quiet room was perfect, and we loved the lounge area where we could unwind.
